Culture is an all-embracing wellspring for community life, a cherished and cultivated embodiment of values, traditions, diversity, and aesthetics. Memphis Culture is no exception.

Aware of its place in this unique milieu, The Assisi Foundation seeks to foster appreciation of Memphis culture through support of some of the city's cultural repositories. We have awarded grants to support music, art, dance, the environment, and diversity. We realize that culture is a living thing, a human creation that requires continual attention and sustenance.
