Deadlines

The Assisi Foundation of Memphis, Inc. has made a significant grant for community-wide awareness and enhancement of the arts for 2007 through 2009. Therefore, for the 2008 calendar year, applications for arts funding will be accepted in the first quarter of 2008 only.   Requests may be considered for (1) capital campaigns/endowments, (2) renovations and repairs, and (3) underwriting special programming/artists (after all other options have been explored). Any other types of requests will be referred to the Greater Memphis Arts Council. Any organization submitting an application must meet the eligibility criteria and follow the instructions stated in the guidelines on the Assisi Foundation of Memphis, Inc. website.     This will not affect any current grant relationships we have with arts organizations.

2008- 2009 Program Timetable

To avoid delays and ensure review  at the next scheduled Board meeting, please submit applications in compliance with established Foundation guidelines.

The schedule for submissions and announcements of Board decisions may be found below. (Board Meetings are typically the 4th Thursday of the first month of each quarter-January, April, July, and October.)

On occasion, the Foundation may issue Requests for Proposals for special initiatives. These will be published with specific guidelines and deadlines which may differ from those published below.

Please ensure delivery of complete  proposals to the Foundation office no  later than:    May 14, 2008   August 13, 2008   November 19, 2008   February 18, 2009   May 20, 2009   August 19, 2009              November 18, 2009   February 17, 2010   May 19, 2010   August 18, 2010   November 17, 2010
