Reserve a meeting room
- Rooms are available Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- You must be a registered nonprofit organization to reserve a room
- The room must be reserved for business meeting purposes only - we do not allow the use of our space for receptions and alcohol is not allowed on the premises.
Special Note: We do have Franciscan Ambassadors, or four-footed ones, that roam the halls of the Foundation. Please be advised for any allergies or other concerns you may have regarding cats and dogs.
To Inquire About Reserving a Meeting Space
Step #1: Review Terms & Conditions to learn about user responsibilities and restrictions. We do hold groups accountable, so please review carefully.
Step #2: Complete the Meeting Request Form.
Step #3: You will receive a response no later than 48 hours following your submission. Please allow us this time to check our availability. However, contact us if you haven't heard anything after 2 days.
