Reserve a meeting room

  • Rooms are available Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 
  • You must be a registered nonprofit organization to reserve a room
  • The room must be reserved for business meeting purposes only - we do not allow the use of our space for receptions and alcohol is not allowed on the premises.

Special Note: We do have Franciscan Ambassadors, or four-footed ones, that roam the halls of the Foundation. Please be advised for any allergies or other concerns you may have regarding cats and dogs.

To Inquire About Reserving a Meeting Space

Step #1: Review Terms & Conditions to learn about user responsibilities and restrictions. We do hold groups accountable, so please review carefully.

Step #2: Complete the Meeting Request Form. You must answer every single field or you will not be able to submit the form. The form is not submitted until you press the "submit" button and you receive a message thanking you for your submission.

Step #3: You will receive a response within a week. We appreciate your patience as we check our calendars.
